Returns and Exchanges

The maximum period for making returns and exchanges is 14 calendar days from the customer's receipt of the order. Any product that is to be exchanged or returned must always be done so with the original packaging and labels intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was received. Products that have been used, as well as those damaged or broken due to lack of care or negligence, will not be accepted.

Only returns authorized by Jorge Revilla will be accepted. To request a return, please fill out the following form indicating the order number and the reason for the return, and our online Customer Service team will inform you of the next steps. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in physical stores or other online stores, department stores, or official distributors.

Please remember that the refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method within 15 calendar days of receiving the jewelry. Please note that we cannot reimburse the shipping costs associated with your initial order or the cost of return. If the item was a gift, the buyer will be the recipient of the refund.

The expenses associated with exchanges and returns will always be borne by the buyer unless there is an error on the part of Jorge Revilla or a manufacturing defect. The cost of processing an exchange or return will be €5.50, corresponding to the cost of package collection.

To make an exchange, a new order must be placed. Currently, it is not possible to directly exchange or replace an item purchased from Jorge Revilla with a new one in a single transaction. The unwanted item must be returned first, and then a new order for the desired item(s) can be placed.
