Returns and Exchanges
The maximum period for returns is 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. Any product that needs to be exchanged or returned must always be returned with the original packaging and labelling intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. Products that have been used, damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence will not be accepted.
Only returns previously authorized by Jorge Revilla will be accepted. To request a return, you must fill out the following form indicating the order number and the reason for the return, and our online Customer Service team will inform you of the steps to follow. Likewise, we inform you that we cannot accept returns and exchanges of products purchased in physical stores or other online stores, department stores or official distributors.
Please note that the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made within 15 calendar days after receiving the jewel. Please note that we cannot include the shipping costs corresponding to your initial order or the cost of return in the refund. If the item was a gift, the buyer will be the person who will receive the refund.
The costs associated with changes and returns will always be borne by the buyer, except in the case of an error on the part of Jorge Revilla or a factory defect. The cost of processing an exchange or return will be €5.50. This corresponds to the cost of collecting the package.
To make an exchange, you must place the order again. It is currently not possible to exchange or replace an item purchased from Jorge Revilla for a new one in a single transaction. You must first return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired item(s).
