Shipments outside the European Union may include customs duties or import fees that must be fully borne by the recipient of the order. Jorge Revilla has no jurisdiction over these amounts established by the different customs authorities and, consequently , cannot  advance their price .  If your order is affected by these duties, you must pay them directly to the transport company or the competent authorities.                         

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to inform you:

• If you created an account before placing your order, you can track your orders by visiting 'My Account' and clicking on 'Order History'. You will be able to view your previous orders as well as the status of your current order.
• If you did not create an account or if you registered after placing your order, you will be able to track your order via the email you will receive.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to make changes or cancel it. In this case, you will have to start a return process once you have received the package.
